General photo delivery timeline is 24 hours from the start of the on-site appointment. Other add-ons may require additional processing time.

Commercial, contractor, architectural, and portfolio projects are not guaranteed for 24-hour delivery unless specifically agreed in writing. Standard delivery for these projects is typically 3-5 business days after the final shoot date, depending on project scope, image count, editing requirements, drone processing, marketing kit setup, and client review needs.

A $35 reschedule/cancellation fee may apply to any same-day scheduling adjustments or cancellations.

Standard pricing assumes the property is photo-ready at the scheduled appointment time. Unexpected on-site conditions such as active work crews, clutter, vehicles, staging issues, unfinished areas, or additional retouching needs may result in added editing fees, rescheduling, or limited deliverables.

Vasana Media will make reasonable efforts to notify the client when unexpected conditions may affect the final delivery or require additional fees.
