Standard real estate photography is generally delivered within 24 hours of the scheduled on-site appointment start time. Additional services and add-ons may require more processing time and may be delivered separately.
Commercial, contractor, architectural, and portfolio projects are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days after the final shoot date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Timing may vary based on project scope, image count, editing, drone processing, marketing assets, and client review needs.
A $35 rescheduling or cancellation fee may apply to same-day schedule changes or cancellations.
Standard pricing assumes the property or project is photo-ready at the scheduled appointment time. Unexpected conditions such as active work crews, clutter, vehicles, staging issues, unfinished areas, restricted access, or added retouching needs may result in additional fees, rescheduling, extended delivery times, or limited deliverables. Vasana Media will make reasonable efforts to notify the client when these conditions affect the project.
If delivered images are altered by the client or any third party, including through AI editing, virtual staging, object removal or addition, sky replacement, or other image manipulation, the client assumes responsibility for the modified image and its use. Vasana Media is not responsible for misrepresentation, MLS compliance issues, or other claims related to images altered after delivery. Original delivered files may be retained to document the image as originally provided.
